Steel plate pass-through shot blasting machine

The steel plate through-type shot blasting machine is a specialized equipment used for derusting and cleaning the surface of steel plates, enabling the steel plate to obtain a clean, bright surface with a certain degree of roughness. Steel plates are transported to the enclosed shot blasting cleaning chamber by the roller conveyor system. The impeller of the shot blaster, which rotates at high speed, accelerates the shot pellets to strike the surface of the workpiece, impacting and scraping the surface to remove rust and dirt from the workpiece surface. After derusting, a shop primer is pre-applied to prevent the steel plate from secondary pollution and rusting during workshop processing, and to maintain a clean, rust-free, and pollution-free surface for the final coating operation of the steel plate.
